All pet sitting and pet care services are to be paid in advance. Payment must be made during the initial client interview, when the first booking is scheduled. Please be aware that your visitation is not confirmed until payment is received.


I do not charge extra for additional pets or services (ex. administering medication or feeding other household pets: furry, finned or feathered).


  • CAT OR DOG VISIT: ............................ $18.00 PER VISIT

    This is my basic charge for morning, afternoon and evening appointment. This visit consists of 30 minutes filled with special attention. Food & water bowls are washed and re-filled according to client's directions. I remove animal waste and dispose in the appropriate containers.

    My visit includes a house check for hairballs or accidents. I then visit with your pet giving praise and play time (balls, feathers, strings, brushing or petting). If your dog is leash trained I would be glad to take your pet on a walking potty break; weather permitting. During extreme weather conditions I will use caution in exercising your pet outside. If it's too hot I will take your pet for a potty break and then have more inside activity rather than risk their health.

    Before I leave I always do a nose count for those shy ones.

  • HORSE VISIT: ........................................ $20.00 PER VISIT

    This is a customized full service visit, which includes; feeding, grooming, turn out/in, and stall/pen cleaning.


    • ADDITIONAL TIME


    You might want to consider additional human companionship while you are away.  All pets miss you more than you will ever know. You are their family! When you are gone, pets get lonely. Sometimes they will take out these frustrations on furniture or floors. My Pets Pal encourages you to consider buying a little extra time or an extra session to help fill their social needs. Buying an extra hour or so allows me to play, brush or just visit more with your pet.

    I've noticed that after three days, animals seem to need continuous human companionship. This service of course is optional but I highly recommend it for those special ones left home alone.

    Cats also do better with a daily visit. Although they are more independent, they too need human companionship. I also feel that for the safety of the animals your home should be checked daily.

    • MID-DAY EXERCISE

    HORSES

     This is a great program if your horse spends a lot of time in a stall!

    I will come to your home/stable and turn your horse out - into a pasture, area; place on a hot-walker, lunge-line or even provide light exercise under saddle. At the end of the visit, your horse will be groomed (requests might include; applying fly spray, hosing down, putting on fly mask, blanket/sheet, etc) my service consists of a 60-minute session.

    During the visit I also check and refill water and give out treats (if requested by owners). Mid-day sessions are conducted between 11:00 am & 2:00 p.m. (During the summer months, early morning and late evening will be offered, due to the heat).

    DOGS

     In order to help your dog have a happier day, I offer a mid-day exercise program.

    I will come to your home and let your dog outside in a fenced area, or take him on a leashed walk, for daily exercise. All dogs participating in the leashed walk must be leash friendly. my service consists of a 20-minute session.

    During the visit I also check and refill water and give out treats (if requested by owners). Mid-day sessions are conducted between 11:00 am & 2:00 p.m. Please note that visit times will vary due to scheduling and distance between clients.

    My Pets Pal, LLC - I make sure that when I put you and your pet on my calendar that I am going to be there for your pet on the days you have requested.  I have found it necessary to impose a small cancellation fee for all clients that cancel within 48 Hours of service.

    Cancellation fees are strictly imposed during Holiday periods. During Holidays a 7 days cancellation notice is required from 1st day of booking; please note, entire trip is non-refundable if you fail to provide 7 days notice. All Holiday scheduled visits must be paid in advanced (new & existing clients).

    Please be aware that if you need to cancel pet sitting services for any reason (prior to your scheduled date), we will apply your unused payment as a credit towards future visits, at no time will cash refunds will be issued.

    I adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, I will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. If I arrive for your scheduled visits and you determine you do not want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will still be charged the full amount for all your remaining scheduled visits.



    KEY RETURN POLICY


    Many of my clients allow me to keep a key on file for their future pet care needs. This allows my clients the ability to schedule pet sitting services with very little notice. For safety reasons I do not leave keys outside or inside your house at any time. I prefer to keep a key in my possession until I know you have arrived home safe and sound.


    HOLIDAY FEES


    There are no additional fees for holiday visits!

Both my policies and fees are periodically reviewed to maintain a high standard of service at reasonable but competitive rates. I request all current and future clients periodically review my website for any policy or fee changes. I consider my business to be a work in progress; therefore I continually re-evaluate both pet sitting and pet care services & fees in order to provide the best possible care for your pet(s).

    All fees are final and are not open for negotiation.
