I offer a complimentary initial client interview for first time clients because I want you to feel comfortable with my process. My goal is to put your mind at ease when you are away and to make your return convenient, easy, and hassle-free. Upon receiving your pet sitting / pet care request, I will answer all of your questions regarding my services and have you fill out the necessary forms and paperwork. The type of information I collect and discuss includes:

Detailed notes regarding your pet's habits, food, favorite toys, exercise routine, veterinarian, and medical history (vaccination records). A list of the locations for pet food, collars, leashes, treats, toys, cleaning supplies, etc. Keys to your home. I will confirm the keys work and store them safely in my permanent key safe. Keys are not labeled with any property information (just in case they get lost). Emergency contact information, medical instructions/permission forms, and how to contact you if necessary. Number of visits each day you're away and what services you want performed (pet sitting, pet mid-day care, overnight care, etc.). My fees are calculated by the quantity and duration of visits. Upon your review and approval, I ask that you sign the service contract which describes my policies and guidelines. After this meeting is completed and I have your information on file, pet sitting and pet care service is as simple as scheduling an Existing Client Online Reservation or a phone call. Your pet's profile will be stored in my computer database which ensures consistent and quality care for your pets and property.
