A $25.00 fee is charged for the initial interview. Should you decide to use my services, this fee will be applied as a credit towards your scheduled visits. During the initial interview, I will answer all of your questions regarding my services and have you fill out the necessary forms and paperwork.

The type of information I collect and discuss includes:

✘ Detailed notes regarding your pet's habits, food, favorite toys, exercise routine, veterinarian, and medical history (vaccination records).

✘ A list of the locations for pet food, collars, leashes, treats, toys, cleaning supplies, etc.

✘ Collect keys to your home. I will confirm the keys work and store them safely in my permanent key safe. Keys are not labeled with any property information (just in case they get lost).

✘ Obtain emergency contact information, veterinary information, instructions/permission forms, and your travel contact information.

✘ Number of visits each day you're away and what services you want performed (pet sitting, pet mid-day care, overnight care, etc.). My fees are calculated by the quantity and duration of visits.

Upon your review and approval, I ask that you sign the service contract which describes my policies and guidelines.

After this meeting is completed and I have your information on file, pet sitting and pet care service is as simple as scheduling an Existing Client Online Reservation or a phone call. Your pet's profile will be stored in my computer database which ensures consistent and quality care for your pets and property.
